Well, it's not only about Dims. Imagine, for instance, reflective Fogs, Dusks or even Bone Walls and Dissipation Fields. I'd be much more afraid of those than Dim.

not bad idea, but definately it needs a buff.I mean its sole use is for spell damage. perhaps lower cost by one maybe two.

I was thinking about ways to balance Aether out a bit, and a spell for making your shield reflective came to mind, so I did a search. I pegged it at 4 cost. The problem is perhaps that it hits Fire equally hard.

I don't think that Dim. shield need to be an exception. It'll need a duo (at least) and every Dim. shield will need a reflection, so 6 copy. And if the opponent don't have spell damage or has PC, it's useless.

Second, I think the description of the reflection ability is needed there.

That depends on whether or not adding reflect makes the shield untargettable.
If not, then the shield becomes prime target for deflags.

Also, if this is placed on boneshield, does it affect all bones in the stack or just the top one... because if it only affects the top, watching the opponent's stunned disbelief would be pretty hilarious.

On a different note, this mechanic has been proposed before MANY times. You may want to go do a few searches. You may need to do some more work to set it apart.
