To the guys griping about the ability text:
In Elements, "permanently" has always meant that the ability can only be used once. It's like the noobs asking "How am I supposed to know that pendulums are considered pillars? You should replace 'pillars' with 'zero-cost-quanta-generating-permanents-whose-copies-stack-together-in-one-permanent-slot'."
