Well, not all decks are equipped with PC. And I don't think a Golem deck has to worry about Aviary...
I think an Airborne Shard Golem may be the least of your problems. It doesn't come up often now, in my experience, and there are other more common things found in the current 'meta.'
It would make an interesting alternative to SoPa for stablizing spark-tal.I think it may be rather abusable with Wings though.Btw. you could shorten the first 2 lines down to 1: "Flying creatures do not attack."
