i dun take card making seriously, i think the chances of cards getting into the game are too slim
that taking card making seriously is a joke.

whether these cards are jokes or serious ideas depends on the comments and feedbacks,
i will update the cards based on the comments and feedbacks after i post my last card idea,
i only have less than 30 card ideas left.

Your intent for a card should be clear from the start because some of these cards are starting to sound like they belong more in Humor than actual CI&A. Feedback is going to be very different based on whether you want the card to be taken seriously or humorously - presenting in this vague way and "letting people decide" just shows that you're extremely lazy and that you don't really care about what this section could actually teach you.

Seconding everything Zblader just said, I find your lack of decision on whether or not these cards are serious to be disturbing.
If half of the past cards you made are serious, than you may not understand what cards actually pass as jovial and what cards don't.
Looking at this card, It's obviously a joke. You named it "Internet Bills" and your last card was named "Desynchronize". Sad to say, I just associate you with joke cards now.
I mean, that's all you've recently been making. So unfortunately, when you actually make a serious card, there's a good chance no one will see it as such.

Basically, if you aren't sure whether or not a card you make is serious, move it to the humor section. Better safe than sorry.

Here are three important statements to learn:

Funny that is serious is funny.
Funny that is not serious is stupid.
Stupid is not funny.

You cannot make a funny card, without taking it seriously.

Take this card. Why is it called internet bills? How do internet bills make mages lose quanta when they should gain it instead? Surely bills tax, instead? Why is it elementless? Why does it need refreshing every two turns?
All of these questions in my head don't make this joke funny. It makes it stupid.

 My problem is, this card can be seriously abused by Novabows and Immobows. Novae and Immolation allows your deck to be pillarless and they both produce 12 quanta or more when used, enough to pay for the playing cost or refreshing cost of 12 .
 This card is a full denial that equals mass EQ/Trident spamming or Devtal's/Devtosis' Pest spamming against any pillar-based deck that faces a pillarless rainbow rush. In other words, if pillarless rainbow rushes were insane before, with Internet Bills they will be FG-like!

im taking critiques as Internet Bills is not popular and that i should abandon it and not post to crucible.
and im taking feedbacks/positive comments is popular and that i should update it and post to crucible.

im doing updates only after i post my last card idea for efficiency/save time.
