Wouldn't 1 turn wins be relatively doable with this card?

In an otk if you just miss 1 combo card you automatically lose the game, because of the discarding. This card would be the most useful in
1) Overquantad Immo/SNbows
2) instosis duos with reverse time

Edit: Oh and it would act like a slightly risky way cheaper fractal in SoPa- decks with almost free hitters (you risk deckout, not drawing shield bypass and discarding most of the other chronobursts leaving you with an empty hand)

I doubt it.
One turn wins would require MIRACLE draws.

Higurashi said something different over in Kamikaze, which I am too lazy to link.

Kamikaze was a 2-1 drop in one of the fastest elements for quanta ramp. Time has no quanta production other than towers and pends, and certainly nothing as fast as cremation.

This costs more time and it costs time.
If the idea of turn one is a problem, the way you would do that is with 4 time pendulums. Then you need quanta for the rest of your stuff.  (Okay, aether and entropy... But time has continuous effects.)

One turn bursts are miracles.
2 One turn bursts are simply impossible with a deck not designed to do it.

You also leave yourself vulnerable to nightmares... kinda has a built in counter already.

Granted, a single counter doesn't keep it from the potential of being OP, but it does at least make users pause and think "what would happen if my opponent has a nightmare in their deck?"

I think the high burst draw power is pretty well offset by the auto-discard effect.
If it still needs a little more balance, it could have "absorb :time per card drawn" or something like that.
Then it effectively becomes like a mass hourglass in terms of cost per draw efficiency... you could even pull down the casting cost a bit as well.

At any rate, I can't give a star rating for this card, but I think its worth much more than 2 stars... I'ld give it a 3 or 4 out of 5 myself.

Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`
You might be a unix junky
