NOTES:
Does not affect Pillars, Towers, Pendula, Shields or Weapons.

Stacked Permanents transmutate as one and remain stacked, even if new Permanents would not normally stack.  The whole stack will have a 10% chance of becoming Antimatter.

Antimatter: Permanent has opposite qualities to normal Permanent.  So, Antimatter Sanctuary removes 4 health per round and Scrambles quanta, Antimatter Sundial doubles number of attacks of every creature on the field and has ability Rewind for 1 :light, Antimatter Flooding creates a lake of lava that only  :fire Creatures can survive, and so on.

If two Permanents conflict then the positive effect wins out.  So a player with 1 Sanctuary and 1 Antimatter Sanctuary will gain 0 health per round (+4, -4) but their hand and quanta pools will be protected from alteration.

I think this would be better as

Antimatter 3 :entropy

Target permanents effect is reversed.

(except we already have a card called that)

Nice idea though.

There are 10 kinds of people- those who understand binary notation and those who don't.

To be honest, I was wondering whether I should put the percentage chance of turning into Antimatter (and I know there's already a card called/ability called that, but I really can't think of another entropic/chaotic/quantum physics/theoretical physics term or concept which would fit) at 5%.  Imagine a stack of 6 Shards of Gratitude turning into Antimatter for someone who has a  :life mark.  That's 30 damage a turn and nothing they can do about it unless they happen to have 6 Deflagrations in their hand.

The idea here is essentially Pandemonium for Permanents.   It's more devastating than Pandemonium, but it's also a little more risky as it's possible to improve your opponent's set up when using it.

the problem I see with this card isn't that its bad or unbalanced, far from it, I like it a lot, however, I think this card would take too long to program, so zanz wouldn't even bother adding it. I would change the effect to make it similaur.

I don't think I can or should bother about considering whether the card will make it in to the game or not.  Thus far there have been hundreds of card submissions and only 7 have made it in to the game.  And one of those was taken from the Crucible, making the whole voting up process seem irrelevant.  I'm starting from the assumption that my card suggestions will never make it in to the game.  I'm just putting them out there to see what happens.
