Regardless, towers give one quanta instantly when played, canceling out the cost increase to them.

it says pillars and pendulums for a reason, but honestly i would not be against expanding it to towers, it still reduces their effectiveness by 1 apiece, and requires you to have the quanta before generating them.

Really? Consider an opening hand having some gravity towers and this.
By the second turn, the user should have 3 . Cast this (2 ) on a gravity tower, and play that gravity tower (net loss of 0 quanta) 75 times. Infinite quanta from the third turn onwards.

If it says pillars and pendulums (unupped) only, then this is a card that would be useless in a fully upped deck.

Eternal spells can be played more than once per turn. Just tested with relic, you can use it as many times as you want.

Perhaps make target pillar eternal and cost 2 ?

wouldnt be worth using at that point

i was thinking along the lines of converting towers if targeted to pillars, i think that would be a viable solution along the lines of using SoR on a rustler
