NOTES:
This card is very versatile and not OP. As it distributes evenly its HP among ally creatures, it can be used for anti-CC decks, as well as to improve Overdrive (or Acceleration). I'm actually not entirely aware of its potential, but I think that there are many combinations (usually because of its effects): Overdrive, SoW, Gravity Pull, SoP, Catapult, Otyugh, anti-Otyugh decks, etc.).

It's a nice concept, but why would I use this when I could use SoP for cheaper/better?

Should I change its element?

That could help, but there are still many situations where a SoP is just better... It adds attack AND health, I mean come on.

This card could be useful in conjunction with buffs if you removed the immaterial, but  its only real useful purpose would be buffing oty's or scarabs. Or perhaps for catapult decks.

I'd say move it to gravity, if you do move it; makes sense to me thematically.

UP. has a bit of a niche against plague, thunderstorm, RoF, but not much better for anything else. even with oty. it's also slow. inefficient. I could go on and on. The bottom line is that it doesn't have any real use; you can't even catapult itself since it's immaterial.

OK, now it is a  :gravity card.
The problem is, if it is not immaterial, it can be targeted by the same element card overdrive, yielding it deadly and OP.

Not really. I'd rather use armagio or flying titans with overdrive, which would be much more powerful than this and last much longer. Certainly much less powerful than overdrive + SoP anything

I'd remove immaterial and decrease the cost of the upgraded version to 3, personally
