I'll just focus on the creatures generated by Apotheosis, since the spell itself can I'm a bit apathetic towards it.
I actually appreciate the idea behind the Spirit - while the stat reduction and gain for other creatures might be a bit strong, the idea of the spirit either cursing the opponent's creatures or granting a 'Blessing' to one of yours is noble enough as is. Issues of Antimatter/negative attack values aside, I think that the Divine Spirit would serve a pretty nifty function as a non-standalone card.
(Suggestion: You could also say that it's immaterial, but enters play poisoned. Then increase its HP accordingly so that it lasts that number of turns. That's just an alternative way of fixing it though to the current game-standards, but whatever.
)
As for the Divine Dragon... I don't know. I mean, yes, it does require a crap load of quanta to use, has slow damage buildup, needs a strong (and most likely expensive) creature to target with (unless you buff a creature with spells to make it targetable), but then again, the fact that it requires such a huge setup in order for it to work just seems like a end-game changer that can be used to fight off Rage-quit decks or serve as the ultimate FG beater when everything else fails.
(Suggestion: Not really sure how to feel about Divine dragon. I guess it's okay? I'll wait until what the 'median' creature is like (Divine Guardian) before I truly rate how the Divine Dragon is)
