Everything else is pretty straightforward, really
I did consider making it "in 20/15 turns you win the game" but that wouldn't be as interesting.:)

The card is much less interesting than the name suggests.

I would say the damage would have to be either physical or spell damage.
In the former case, bone wall or phase shield will negate.
In the latter case, reflect will kill you instead.

You might make this an elemental card; in that case, definitely a 'drain all quanta of type x' kind. Fire or darkness, maybe?

Its cost may look balancingly insane, but it's 'other', meaning 2 supernova's or cremations will do the trick.

My counterproposal:

After 5 turns, deals 50-90 damage to both players.

Funny part about this one is: you don't care if it gets stolen. =D

Well, the damage would go through the shields, just like unstable gas (or does unstable gas get reflected? o.O). The long wait would be a balancer as well as the cost. And you'll need 3 supernova's and even more cremations to "do the trick".

Nope, sorry.  This, + PA and Phase Shield is instawin.
Again, the long wait before it works can make it harder to use. Perhaps I should make the waiting even longer?

Supernova = 22 quantum gain (2 becomes 12 * 2 =24)
Cremation = 20 quantum gain (0 becomes 9+11 =20)

So someone who has 2 chaos towers, 2 supernovas and the upgraded card can get it out on the first turn.
Same goes for someone with 2 photons, 2 cremations and the upgraded card.

I guess that balance wise, a 20 turn delay might be OK. Maybe make it consume all your pillars and quanta upon placement?
I'd make the upped cost less than the unupped and stay at 20 turns.

Even in that case; I guess I just don't really like the game mechanic, sorry. The way I see it, there are enough stall decks out there as it is. Don't just take my word for it though. =)

I think unstable gas gets past both the 'physical damage' and the 'spell' shields, yes. (which I don't like either to be honest).
Having the equivalent of 10 unstable gasses under 1 protect artifact seems WAY off.
(by the way, 10 unstable gasses cost 60 :air +10 :fire ; You can only have six of them; they take more deck slots)

For starters: why not make it deal 100 damage?

this will make elments no fun, more people will use deck-out decks and screw the game. who wants fights that takes 60 turns??

unstable gas gets reflected by shields (thats why my no upgrade deck cant beat Elidnis/Ferox :S)

ok it takes no strategy for this card to kill even FGs,making this game too easy, people will just be making decks that rely only on this

all you need, like said before, is a  :earth :aether duo for PA and phase shield and you can kick Rainbow's ass

on the other hand, quick deflags can just remove this, and then destroy these decks, in which would make this card useless

steals are also a problem cause as soon as Decay gets a hold of your 6 phase shields and 1 of these, he'll kill you

so pretty much this card is useless, I'm not bashing, it's the truth

I'm not sure what you mean...the upgraded cost costs 40 quanta...so you'll need double of what you just mentioned. Still, if you stack your deck with those cards, you'll get the card out first turn...but then you have a 15 turn wait in which you're opponent could easily kill you.

However, if everyone thinks that this card would make the game less fun, then I accept this and think for more ideas :)

A single supernova generates 22 quanta. 2 supernovas generate 44 quanta. 44 > 40.
A single cremation generates 20 quanta. 2 cremations generate 40 quanta. 40 = 40.

CURATOR COMMENT

There are no mistakes with the table but... are you 100% sure that this card is a good idea? If it's spell damage, then one Jade Shield or Mirror Shield means that you're going to die within 15-20 turns anyway (regardless of what you do) unless you have a massive amount of HP boosts via Stone Skin and Shard of Divinity. At the same time though, if it's spell damage, then a False God (even with shields) will still die regardless. If it's physical damage, then the upgraded card is a guaranteed automatic win within those 15 turns, which forces a game of stalling (totally broken by nature), and in itself, seems a little crazy to implement (or difficult to balance in general).

...so Xhadow, are you sure you want this card to be moved into the crucible?

However, if everyone thinks that this card would make the game less fun, then I accept this and think for more ideas :)
I can't really think of any way to salvage this card and the name, but it's up to you if you really want this upgraded to the next level. I personally disagree with the card idea, but if you think it'll get votes...
