"And the ground will reward you with its strength, that you may crush the bones of your enemies. Use it!"
This is the twin to its variant Ice Arms Cache | Frost Arms Cache Where as the water air focuses on CC, this version provides powerful PC.
Like the ice arms card, this card grants your marked creatures and weapons ranged attacks. It then gives successful ranged attacks a chance to destroy a permanent owned by the enemy player. This chance scales based on the damage dealt, the cost of the permanent, and the number of copies of this card in play.
P(destroy)= ( abs(damage) / ( abs(damage) + card cost + 4) )^(2 / #copies)
As in the ice arms card, the above formula is complex so that its destruction rate may be adjust to scale as needed w.r.t. damage, permanent cost, and number of copies of this permanent in play. The formula here scales probability more slowly wrt to number of copies and creature damage. This is largely because permanent destruction seems to be a more rare and high cost phenomenon as compared to creature control effects, so the scaling difference between this card and its CC twin should reflect that.

Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
