You can use adrenaline on a vampire for dragon level vampiric effects already.
Adrenaline doesn't have much effect on dragons.
Yea it would be a waste. However, if the opponent were to play a virus or retrovirus, you could remove the poison off an important creature. Suppose you play a RoL fractal hope deck and the other player did plague. You only need one more round to get the right amount of
quanta to fractal, but all your RoLs would die and you don't have anymore in your hand. You could use this card to remove the poison status from one of your RoLs and fractal it next turn.
