If you have no quanta, what would happen? Would the enemy still lose any?
This card seems much better in Entropy considering the randomness.I think I would rather use Black Hole/Discord/Pest as they are overall much better at the role of quantum denial. How is this card superior to any of the three? Also, fix your title so it says "Antiparticle | Antiparticle".
please fix the formatting.

Interesting idea, especially since its in "other". I reckon "other" needs more cards like these, that way a huge variety of strategies can be made, but i like this one, its pretty interesting, though its a little strong when rainbow VS mono.
The reason I chose other as its type is because it has no cost anyways, and because it specifies random quanta it would be good for rainbows, as well as the fact that if this where ever made into a real card i wouldn't want any one team abusing it.

Nova is a prime example of a card used in several non-entropy decks, has no cost, yet is affiliated with a single element.
