This is a good idea, but for now it only counters one specific card (Wings). Nothing else interacts with Airborne.

Oh, derp. Memory fail. At any rate, I wouldn't put spiders in there, as they only change the airborne state and don't synergize with this. As for the other two, valid point, although the only combo I see for this is Sky Blitz.
EDIT: Thinking about it some more, even Sky Blitz is a bit iffy, as most of the major attack cards (dragons, Phoenix, divers) are already airborne. I could really only see this with an Armaceleration with Air splash, which could easily remove this card by using Colossal Dragons or flying Titans. The card is good, but I feel that right now it doesn't have enough support cards to work.

Probably neither.

Creatures can have more than one passive ability (Scarab has Swarm and Airborne), and Luciferin grants an active ability to creatures without one. I presume that the card effect would simply tack on the Airborne passive ability to all creatures at the time of casting.

Side note: Wouldn't it make a bit more sense to turn the card into a permanent (destroy it to have the gravity return to normal and remove the Airborne ability from creatures naturally without it)?

I kinda like that Idea. I like it as a spell, though. I'll just put up a poll.

Interesting card. What is interesting to me is the direction we're heading in. Manipulation of passives? I thought they were supposed to be untouchable and then came Spiders. xD

Well if Airborne is going to be taken and given, it would also be interesting to see some more card ideas to affect other passives.
