Define "Captures" Because right now I'm reading it as 3 :time | 2 :time - kill target creature.
The "or" clause also doesn't make sense, am I somehow choosing what happens? Does it happen randomly? Does it drain 1 hp until it only has 1 then drains :time ?

Meh. It is pretty vague.

How capturing works is sort of like devour, but instead of eating the creature, it gets added to Annoyo. Like captured sailors working for a pirate ship.

-1/Drain :time is like dissipation, it eats all your time quanta until you have none left, then it starts to take damage.
