I like the vast majority of those, although I'm not a fan "Phaeus" or "Baryos".  I'd change Darkness' god to "Null" and gravity's god to "Colossus".  Other than that, those are really cool.
"Phaeo" is a root that means "darkness", while "baryo" means "heavy". Colossus works, but "Null"... not so much, since I think all names should end in S. Perhaps "Umbros"?
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

Problem with Khaos: It's the world Mortal Kombat takes place in, IIRC, so it's probably copyrighted. Chaos would work just as fine.

Chronos was the Greek Titan of time, so Tempus (Latin for time, rather than Greek) to avoid mythological copyright.

Solaris is more "Sun" related, so Luces (literally "lights", the noun) could be more what you're looking for.

Colossus sounds better than Baryos, just because nobody would know what baryo means.

Umbros would work.

I saw that pattern, but I liked the name "null" /because/ it broke the pattern, which kind of embodied the theme of darkness.  It breaks the pattern.

You can't copyright a name as generic as Khaos, because it's simply substituting the C with a K in Chaos. And the name "Khaos" also appears in a game called FATE by WildTangent.

"Mythological copyright?" All mythological contents are free for anyone to use. But perhaps Tempus is better than Chronos.

The Sun is the source of all light, thus is chose Solaris. And I'm not really "looking" for anything, because I know what I'm doing. I know more Greek and Latin roots than the average person.

Darkness is one of the 12 elements, so it shouldn't break the pattern. If something should break the pattern, it should be the 13th element Void or something.
