Looks balanced considering you can use it to get an annoying key card out of the way, but it is kind of slow vs. the cards you'd want it to counter.

why fire? Fire is about destruction, and its CC is much better(when this is ready, i have firebolted, raged and firestormed to oblivion my opponent creatures) .
Stealing a creature from the opponent sounds more like a darkness mechanics.

I knew someone asks.
Why? Why darkness must always have got the steal mechanic.
I wanted to create unnusual mechanic for element, but you can say what's better element for this card. (except  :darkness)

I said darkness because stealing is its theme(steal, vampire, drain life, devourer). Fire cant use this card because fire has much better CC cards(as its theme is destruction and powerful attackers). Life is creature focused, so it could be life(change pictures and skill name to fit it). It would be life's so needed CC and making the creature change sides of the field would give it synergy with bonds.

It has received heavy flak, but it's not impossible to make a good card based around it.
