Why not I guess.  Not crazy about it, but they already let that terrible card Dune Scorpion in that adds one poison counter for every card you play.    ugh that card is so annoying to my favorite strategy haha

I like the effect. However I do not feel like a new rule applied to both players is Entropy's style.

This feels a little too roundabout to fit Fire although it would fits Fire's damage focus.
This might fit Dark because it fights the opponent using the opponent's resources but this also is targeting both players.
This might fit Gravity because it punishes change from the status quo. (Best fit IMO)

This card would be used in decks that do not use cards after a point. As such the effects will probably be lopsided.

I feel that the Tax could increase its penalty and still be balanced.
However I am a poor judge of the strength of new abilities.

i feel as if that might be op, deeling a max of 120 damage, but it would take alot of time, idk maybe, i am however not allowing it to stack cause if i keep it the same and let it stack, 17 cards is the fastes kill with 6 out
