To clarify (since this problem is clearly not evident to hundreds of others):

By every time it takes damage, you mean every session in which it takes damage, not every point of damage it takes, right?

I like this card altogether. It offsets the whole Fire creatures having low health thing, so that's both a plus and a minus in how good it is. It helps an element in an area where it needs it, but thematically, it might not fit. I'm not sure how to work on this.
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why, yes. I do have a Mindgate necklace. It's how I ninja everyone.

 :-\

Let me explain-

1.If it is poisoned, it will gain +3 attack every time the poison inflicts damage to it.
2.If you play a card like drain life on it, it will gain +3 attack.
3.If you use sniper (owl's eye's ability) on it, will gain +3 attack.

CURATOR COMMENT
-You need to change the artwork (or somehow ask for his permission and provide proof that you can use his artwork) as it's protected by copyright. The artist is Michael Corriero found here:

Interesting.

I would say that aside from soft CC effects (Freeze, Basilisk Blood, Rewind), or instant kill effects (Flooding, Freeze + Shockwave), this card does give Fire a few tricks up their sleeve to use CC on it, but it becomes incredibly powerful with Rage Potions (+5/-5 followed by another +3/+0? Oh boy. O_o). Then again, it's a fairly expensive card, so these combinations would eat a lot of :fire quanta up quickly, so I guess it's that efficient.

I don't think it needs that much HP, but I'm going off my "Fire is frail" bias here. ^^;

this would be FUN! Anibal (upgraded) + 2x Fire potion = 3+3+5+5 =  16 + 2= 18 Damage!!
or even better a poisoned Anibal!! poison takes lets say 9 health (1 damage per turn for 9 turns) = +9x3 = 27 making at total of 29 attack! (but by then opponent would be dead)
 :P
