The wild force of nature, sprouting vines to lash its opponents to death. Epic. (fail?)

The second card, maybe it's slightly OP because of the potential high damage, but it would work best only in a pure green deck, and can't be used as a CCing card. Any constructive criticism will be greatly appreciated. The idea looks a bit clichèd, so if I've copied someone else's, I didn't mean to and will change the card if required.

I think it's fine. it's a nice damaging card yet doesn't break the game since you wouldn't really have too terribly many pillars/towers in the first place. even if you did, you'd have to play them all, which would take awhile, to gain maximum effect.

Exactly. My idea was to create a fire lance-like card, which fits the theme of life and nature.

So.... this is Fire Bolt,  :life version? I think it fits the theme well and is balanced while not being ridiculously broken, as well as putting a new spin on things.

Yep, Pillars and Towers ("Lands" in m) should be what Life (Nature, the green color in mtg) is about, so I had to involve them when creating a green version of Fire Lance.

So what you're saying is you want Elements to be as much of an M:tG ripoff as possible? Maybe you shouldn't design cards.

Maybe you should read that this thread is meant to discuss about the card, and not whether you think I'm preparing a secret conspiration to turn elements in some M:tg ripoff. Before posting.

And, just not to let you say that I'm just spitting nonsense not to admit I'm a secret Mt:g fan who should not design cards in first place, I was explaining Zblader who, unlike you, expressed an opinion about the card, why I chose this mechanic for this card.

Your reason for choosing the mechanic was because life is like green in M:tG. Stop being a hypocrite.

While I do agree that the mechanic is very MTG like...

That is a rather harsh comment to a card designer who actually made a good idea.  Please think before you post.

@Uppercut: don't be that agressive. Calm down

@Yoyobro: Sure you can imagine and create a life card that deals damage to the opponent without imitating the fire spell.
Reflection is the way life deals damage with spells (with opponent spells). Turn it into a revenge spell and you'll have my vote.
