I think this might be underpowered?
The way i read it, you pay 10 light quanta (unupped) and 3 fire quanta to kill/destroy a card of your choice.

This creature will most likely die, (take for example the oty, or the hourglasses the cost of it are 5 and 4 (upped))
then you kill/destroy that card and your creature takes 10 or 8 damage respectively. This would kill it, or you need to buff it,
in either way, i think this is underpowered compared to deflag/steal/thunder or any other spells.

I don't think I've expressed well. YOU lose the HP, not the creature. I'll change the text to be more clear, just waiting for some more comments =)

The great feature of this card is that can be used to destroy permanents AND creatures, no other card can do it. That's because I don't think it's UP.

Considering defrag destroys a permanent at 2/1 with no cost, this is definitely UP.

I suggest it's stats be increased to 5/20 (5/15 for unupgraded) and have the effect hurt the creature, not you.

i would change the text asap :) else you'll get more smartasses like me  :P
and, you are true, but then you have to combine a light/fire deck.
then why not make a flying morning glorie deck with deflags like the false god design, (perhaps add RoF for CC)
so that gives the same, and is still cheaper.
it stills feels underpowered, even if you take the damage (that way it would be only situational, because you cant use it on low hp)

if it has a lot of health and hurts itself you just use guardian angels and itd be overpoerwed

but yeah I guess lower cost to maybe 6/8 or increase health to 5/10 5/10

gotta work this in with SoG's to negate loss of life

but remember this can kill permanents and creatures

i wasn't thinking about hurting the avatar, but I liked the idea. Maybe it create a more combo-based idea with the cure-(arch)angels. Put the angel with 10 avatar with maybe 12 life for the avatar.

true, it would be OP that way :P, but decreasing the cost would be a good idea i think, else you can just use a deflag for perm control, or a rain of fire/firebolt for creature control (as using fire)

Yeah thats true, and it might be strong, but we have like the butterfly effect for perm control (its cheaper,)
and lots of CC (not gonna sum all those )
