NOTES:
It absorbs  :time from You at the end of your turn after it attacks. If it fails to absorb  :time then it dies causing a death trigger.
This is part of a balance experiment. I do not know if this is balanced. Please chime in your opinions. Your assistance is appreciated.

Nice semi-nilla creature.  I think (just a hunch, nothing more) that it could either use a small stat bump-up or a price decrease of 1 quanta on both.

Agreed. With an upkeep on a creature, the cost should be decreased. Imagine if the cost is 4 and you have 3 of these out. That is a huge upkeep and you probably had to wait a few turns to get them out. The comparison creature would be Ball Lightning, which always dies but is free to play.

Better to go with lower initial cost, I think.

If I extrapolate (creatively) on spark with the idea that spark WOULD have an upkeep if it had life.

4|1 1 :aether
5|2 2 :aether
6|3 3 :aether

6|3 for 3 :aether but with an upkeep of 1 :aether seems pretty darn expensive already.

But it is at time creature so it is a little different...

It is not really fractalable or mitosis worthy so you don'y have to worry about the cheap spam option. I think that 3 :time is okay but I am considering 2 :time...
