3/2  quanta to wipe the board of all creatures below 4 health that way OP. Firestorm has a similar effect but cost 7/5 way too cheap for this spell.

it could maybe be 12/10 and drain all quantums even then a few fire storms/ thunderstorms and this will kill everything

Why should this cost more than firestorm? Firestorm deals 3 damage to everything, this card basically only deals 3 damage to creatures with 3 max health or less.

It would have absolutely no effect on say, a Golden Dragon. Even if it was at 2 health, it's max health would be 10, so it wouldn't be affected.

4/3  might be fair though.

The Card Image you have here atm shows the cost for both versions as 3 whereas the table shows 3 and 2 respectively.

Yeah I forgot to change the quanta cost on the cards. The upgraded version should have 1 lower quanta cost.

Oops, forgot about Gravity Shield because I'm a rainbow deck player and was thinking of the card in that context.

This seems to be too powerful, especially when combined with otyughs and a gravity shield.

You can't make it that powerful while Black hole absorbs quanta and heals the player. >_<
