I dunno, draining ALL quanta seems a bit too harsh.

To prevent the anti-deckout abuse, why not just add a card to your hand? This will be similar to Hasten. It will not work when your hand is full.

All the quanta can be recovered with just 3 quantum pillars. However, that will make rainbow decks even stronger than they already are; it should probably be nerfed, yep.

How about it must use all quanta from a specific element? If that is programmable, then the cost should be decreased to 5 or something.

I've rethought a bit about this card. It's not as overpowered as we may think.

You think it's overpowered because the colorless Nymph produces an infinite supply of alchemy cards, right? The other Nymphs already do that. If you think Rainbow Nymph + FFQ = infinite Unstable Gas is overpowered, then why isn't Blue Nymph overpowered? The Rainbow Nymph is actually weaker than other specialized Nymphs, because it adds the card to your hand, and it requires you to cast it; AND it requires you to sacrifice a creature. Other Nymphs have neither of those two restrictions.

Thinking about that, maybe Rainbow Nymph's ability should cost 3 random, or even less.

By the way I'd like to point out I never actually said it was overpowered cause you still have to pay the 9 of whatever element nymph it is to actually get it out on your field and 4 more each turn which is pretty hard for rainbow decks (in the case of UG) never have the air mark.
