ART: Nicole Cardiff IDEA: jacker NOTES: Distrust is a passive ability. After it attacks, the creature return to your hand, if impossible, it will be "destroyed". Everytime it enters the field (being copied too) you draw a card. Why Water? In the description, alchemy belongs to water, and i wanna intend the new card like the result of a scientific experiment, a new discovery. Congeal the alchemist won't avoid it from returning to your hand, since distrust is a passive skill, while delay it will work (or attack with a procratination) SERIES:

This is actually stronger than hourglass in a lot of ways, because the only way for it to be killed is if you either kill it yourself or you have 8 cards in hand EOT.  It costs more, but it's also an attacker.  I realize that the entire point of this card is the Distrust ability, but with that I think it's overpowered.  If you increased the cost by 1 I think it would be reasonable.

Water in elements is alchemy, so alchemist makes sense.

However, I do not get the thematic of distrust.

Distrust is a general passive skill, it could go a bit everywhere i suppose, here is the center of the ability, because you have to pay it every turn if you wanna draw. It can't be killed, but it does not costs 1 at turn like Hourglass...Maybe i can drop the attck to 0

Not so true, with a mass use of this, you can run out of cards very soon.

Quintessence, Unstable Gas, Liquid Shadow, Aflatoxin, Basilisk Blood, Antimatter, Rage Potion, Black Hole, Adrenaline, Luciferine, Precognition, and Nymph's Tears

Didn't know about this.... anyway i took the alchemy theme from the initial description of Water

Sidenote:
Congeal it won't avoid from returning to the hand, since distrust is a apassive skill.
Dealy, BB and procratination will work instead
