thnx i thought it might be a little OP considering 6xRetrovirus 6xNuerotoxins 6xGraveyards 18xbone towers 2xeclipse mark of death would be a crazy speed deck and your opponents could hardly attack.

yeah that's the problem. I really like this idea in theory, in reality I think you would run into a case where you either only freeze them for one or two turns at most which is ok, or for obscenely long times, like 10 turns. I think this card is a good idea but its hard to balance, maybe you could build in a point of diminishing returns for example (and I'm not sure this can be done) cost is 5+X/2 though i'm pretty sure that cost formula isn't the best.

Wouldn't that formula only make it more overpowered?

Make it divided by a higher number, paralyzing for less turns.
I think maybe divided by ten, rounded up? But that's still quite powerful xD
And give it a cap or just make it stun for a given number of turns. A more powerful dissipation

I think "neurotoxin" is the wrong word to use.  That's implying damage or death.

You could just pick out a proper name of a strong anesthetic for the upgrade.  Elements kind of does this already with Andrenaline/Epinephrine, but that's kind of different since those are synonymous.  But one is used generally and the other is used clinically.
