But this is a cool idea. I think maybe the quanta gain could be cut in half, but other than that great.

People often don't realize that health reductions in percentages get progressively weaker and can't be a kill blow, I think ETG could implement at least one version of this mechanic. I will say that this will get some negative feedback because of how dramatic it looks at first glance.

About the card, it's probably a problem because it may be abuseable when cast on your opponent for damage, as well as maybe abuseable when used on yourself for quanta gain. The main question is probably not if it is abuseable right now when used in a normal way, the question is if it is OP when this card is implemented and people on the forums try to build the strongest/most gamebreaking deck they can with it.

Yeah, but what I mean is that this card has more potential to break the game because its effect is quite huge. Even if it looks balanced at first glance.
