So it's a Momentum that gives Immaterial if in a :entropy / :gravity duo? Meh, I don't like it. It's just redundant.

this does sound like the uncertainty principle to me

uncertaintay principle:  the more you know about the velocity of something the less you know about its where it is

if you know that something has momentum you dont know where it is.
if you dont know where something is you cant target it.

should not grant momuntim.
