Interesting. Reminds me a bit of the Yugioh card that reflects damage from attackers back at the opponent.

This card's skill isn't that much different in terms of balance.
The cost is a bit low of course, but it basically suffers from most of the same deficiencies and counters.
If you made this skill a 1 time per creature it should be just fine. There isn't really a need to make it a 1 time per game.
Even with fractal, or Mito, it still basically costs 6
to judo an enemy creature's attack damage. You won't have to worry about the quint abuse, and fractal is hard to abuse since it will take at least 1 turn to get back the needed quanta after the drain effect.
