6 PA, 6 of this, 6 sundials, some RT/procrastination/Eternity/other stalling card with earth mark, rest time pillars.

Ignoring the obvious OP...

The card should read "can only" where it says "could" if you mean there must be a thee turn wait. Could implies that it can then, but also any other time (which is also pointless to point out, so I'm sure you mean the former).

edit on consuming quanta: The latter may make the former unnecessary. Perhaps consuming & destroying self if upkeep can't be paid
