It's far too restrictive at the moment; it requires Wyrm, Pegasus or Sky Blitz to be of any use whatsoever.

I feel it would work MUCH better if all airborne creatures ignored shields instead.

That said, it's a good concept.

x- considering how many creatures are airborne, it may be too far reaching an effect if changed to such.  but i agree, in a sense it is a bit too situational, but when sky blitz is put on, it is a nice means to make sure what you have hits home. reminds me a bit of tunneling, only with tunneling the damage is reduced by 50% when burrowed while this is 200% damage, burrowed creatures can stay burrowed for free while this has an activation cost associated with taking advantage of it.  its not a terrible idea, but i think http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,20348.0.html is actually more effective for to avoid shields than adding momentum to a subset of creatures

How would it be ridiculous? Not all that many creatures are airborne, it's only really useful if your opponent has a shield or Gravity Pull, and it's easily countered by PC.

I like this type of response to permanents better than PC. It evades the permanent without controlling the permanent.

As it stands it has synergy with 3 cards. I might recommend a second smaller bonus for general airborne creatures as well? +1|+0 (aka bypass DR 1)?

The theme is way too close to Sky Blitz. Thematically they mean the same thing, but with different words. Also, I don't see how something that sounds like military strategy (Aerial Assault) could be a permanent. Sky Blitz is a spell which makes much more sense.

As for the mechanics, it looks pretty good to me. Only problem is though that since there are so few creatures with the Dive ability, this card is a bit too much tied down with Sky Blitz and . It's a kind of card that is almost always paired up with 1-3 specific cards, and/or one specific element, which seriously limits it's awesomeness in deckbuilding. This is way too much of a "lets buff " card than it is a complex and interesting card that all elements could use in duo and trio decks.

Summary: Theme is all wrong. Mechanics are ok, but not flexible enough.
