acidic clouds,
 :water: 5 (( to put on field ))
acidic rain:all monster on opponents field will get poisoned a 1, also the opponents health is poisoned for 1... cost 3 death quanta to activate. this card may also stack

Yeah I have to agree I'd rather use plague and deadly poison its more efficient.

yea kinda.  but upgraded clouds can be less cost for death.. maybe reduce cost to 1?
