a time bomb https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=2331.msg18856#msg18856

I saw that some kind of time bomb have been suggested,
But there is other way of creating this card :

only with time :
cost : 6T
permanent
time bomb get 6 counter, decrease by one each turn
when the bomb explode it make 12 damage to opponent, and 1 damage to his creature.

with entropy :
cost 4T
permanent
need one entropy quanta to activate.
When activate time bomb get 20 counter, decrease by one each turn.
at the end of each turn bomb go to opponent. the one who control the bomb can fire it to deal damage to both player.
damage are equal to 20 - remaining counter. the one who push the button take 75% of damage.

I'm sure we can play with other elements to create other bomb...

Sounds fairly nice, but I'd slice the counter of the first one to like 3 and/or boost the damage. Unstable Gas is much better.

The entropy version sounds interesting but possibly a bit too complicated.
The pure time one seem a bit slow, a 3 or 4 counter might do.

Unstable Gas is not final yet, bob, so don't go too much on that before it's in for real.

The unstable gas is anything but final...

have you seen how much damage an 18 Air Pillar, 6 Nymphs, 6 Unstable Gasses and Mark of Fire can do?

I quite like the idea of the Entropy bomb. It is a bit, what's the word... child-like though. Pass the bomb, explode it or pass it back, sort of thing... It could be nice, and yeah the Time-Bomb definitely needs a lower counter number.

I can see unstable gas being nerfed in a way in which it works like these ideas here.

When you play Unstable Gas, it enters the game with 3 counters and every turn it gets +3 counters.
For Counters/3 Fire you can ignite it causes Counters damage to your opponent and Counters/9 damage to each creature in play.

yes lanidrak it's exactly how i tough the entropy-time bomb. And yes the time bomb should have a lower counter. I put 6 counter to let a good chance to destroy it before it explode.

I try the unstable gas, too strong, need a nerf....

This same idea of Time Bomb has been suggested before but the activation ability is a new addition, and a pretty cool one if I may add (although I don't think the ability should cost anything other than time).

What I suggest is that you make it have "activate" ability that starts the counter, and once activated, it gets a "deactivate" ability that stops the counter! you could have a lot of fun with that :)

Also I would definitely make this a creature so that it's easier for the opponent to get rid of the bomb, like eat it with an Otyugh :) Also I would make it do the same damage to all the creatures on the table, including your own because that makes more sense.
