Another thing I like about this card is it makes it more like real TCGs. You can only play big cards when sacrificing smaller cards.

Not really. Say you have ten death quantums to play a bone dragon. It'd be easier to do that than make a malignant cell, and wait for it to duplicate so you can sacrifice them both. It's basically 10 for dragon in one turn vs. 8 for aflatoxin and 5 for tribute in two turns
