Bottled Flame 3
Permanent
Weapon: Deal 3 damage per turn.
  : Your dragons gain +2/+0.


Ryuuka 4
Permanent
Weapon: Deal 4 damage per turn.
  : Your dragons gain +3/+0.


Dolphin 2
2/2
  : Dive (attack is doubled for one turn).


Acrobat 2
2/4
  : Dive (attack is doubled for one turn).

when you see dolphins jumping 100's a feet in the air and then nosediving into something tell me (dolphin olympics doesn't count XD)

Dolphins are my favorite animal, man, don't make them so weak 
The upgraded version should have more attack at least, or what's the point of dive...

Ok just a few things I may point out if that be alright:

Bottled Flame: is the benefit to dragons permanent or just once off?

Dolphin: I like the idea of Dolphins but am unsure as to how you wish them to be placed. Dive for me sounds like an Air ability that they wouldn't have, maybe something more akin to what they do like Leap. I also agree that they may be underpowered but that is easily solved.

Great work on your cards I would like to see them made and put out for us to see in the proper format when you get a chance.

Most bonuses are permanent unless otherwise stated.

Dive is definitely the ability they should have but I agree that the keyword is a bit off flavourwise.

As for underpowered, is 2 attack for 2 with an ability to become 4 really that bad in this game? 6 just seems a bit much to me.

As said, when the ideas are properly worked out, then they'll have proper renders, tables and threads of their own.
