This allows only damaging spells (RoF, Lightning, Drain Life, etc) to target creatures.  It would prevent effects like mutation, PU, freezing, fractal, etc on all creatures, including your opponents.

I think its power is it's ability to reduce the match to its core goal.  Simple CC, creatures dealing damage, weapons, and shields.  I think it fits Order very well.

To get this card approved for the competition:
-Correct your image sizes to the appropriate resolution of 282x436
-Fix the card text discrepancy between your non-upgraded card text and your table ('None' is not an appropriate description of its ability, and must match the card text word for word)
-Fix the 'Type' of the non-upgraded card to 'Spell'
