For Neutralizer, is the affect only on your opponent or both of you?

Neutralizer should be a permanent, not a shield. It seems to weak and specific to be a shield. I love the incinerator idea, and the upgrade could give two quantum.

Neutralizer would be only for the opponent, sorry.

And if it were a permanent instead of a shield then the phase shield/neutralizer combo would be too good. It needs to be a shield or else it would be too overpowered.

Couldn't somebody just use sundial and your shield and get the same overpowered effect you're worrying about?

But then again, i tend to think a lot of things are overpowered when they aren't :\

It would not be over powered if it affected both of you.
That way it could be a permanent.
