In order for this to get into the Crucible, you need to do the following:
-Find an appropriate artwork that isn't copyright. (The image from deviantART can't be downloaded for free {there should be a 'download image' button on the right side of the picture giving it a true 'royalty free' use}, meaning that it's most likely an image that cannot be allowed for public use)
-When you do find an appropriate artwork, cite the artist name on both the card image as well as in your table next to the link
-Fix the discrepancies between the card art and the table (the ability description in your non-upgraded table has the word 'creature' twice, as well a minor capitalization problem)
...on that note though, an instant kill card? I don't like the idea of someone having the ability to discard a Pest (in a Light deck) to kill a Pharaoh or Ruby Dragon for no quanta cost. Sure, Angel of Death deals little damage, but even then, it doesn't even make sense for Light to have such a ridiculous creature control card (it sounds like it belongs in Death), not to mention, Zanz doesn't approve of cards that 'kill something without regards to its HP'. (Shockwave + Freeze being the only allowed exception) The card's cost also feels a bit bizarre, meaning that this is the near equivalent of a Light Dragon, but it can barely do any damage to the player.
Perhaps you could change the ability/element to make the Angel do something a little bit less overpowered?
