Hmmm... in my attempts to keep the card simple, it lost a significant use?

While giving the user would fit thematically, Air can then exploit Sky Blitz.

I have two abilities in mind to couple with the deck shuffle ability:

1. The opponent's creatures are randomly placed on their field.
An ability to be coupled with Inundation.

2. A random permanent on the opponent's field is sent back to their deck.
Kind of a soft PC to be used early in the game.

Also, I believe Sanctuary should block deck shuffles, but not creature or permanent manipulation.

This card had my vote, Its not overpowered like some of the others and it also creates nice strategies to come up. Though atm only with reverse and mindgate.

It's still too situational... in fact, it's useless. Why shuffle, when the next card you draw is random anyway?

Situational yes, but useless? think not.
combined with 1 mindgate, this card gives you some control over what your opponent will draw next. combined with reverse time and it gets rid of a creature which you dont want on the field. This card is mainly about control of what will go into your opponents hand.

in my opinion there are 2 choices:
-> it is a entropy permanent and every turn shufle the deck of both player's(maybe also they're hands) every single round
this have no upweek and it is suposed to be combined with eternety or something that would completly confuse the oponent so as you...lol
-> it is a wind card and it shufle both hand's and decks when it is used (cost like: )(unuped version) and in the uped version it is only your hand by same cost
this one is to be used when you draw the wrong card but is higly expensive to use ability once it can counter nightfall,help fractal when you dont want the card or have to less cards or is stacked...
is a realy good card but it would have a high cost (just like mindgate) in order not to be overpowered

I a bit confused, are you saying the card needs a revision because it is OP or UP?
