Requirement Number: 87 List of requirements: Whoever is posting the card idea must use artwork drawn in MS Paint. The person posting this card idea must have the name based off of one of their card ideas made in the CIA section or in the Competitions section. (provide a link next to this requirement http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,16099) Should reduce a creature’s ATK as a one-time use if the card idea is a spell, or repeatedly if the card is a permanent or a creature. Cannot affect creatures with more than 9 ATK or reduce a creature’s ATK to below 0. Must be able to affect either a certain element of creatures or multiple creatures when used. Cannot be from the Entropy or Darkness elements. The card cost should greater than the number of cards within the Reliquary.

Requirement Number: 66 List of requirements: The card cannot be from the Life, Time, or Water element, and it cannot be a spell. If it’s a creature, it must have its HP grow over time. If it’s a permanent, it must have ‘counters’ and a way to add additional counters on top of the stack. It must also have an additional passive or active skill in addition to the skill above. The name of the card should have fewer letters and characters (spaces) than the actual card’s cost. The artwork cannot be in black and white.

The card should provide a benefit to the player when they are low on a certain quanta type. Should have its cost double of any upgraded Earth creature found within the game. The card name cannot have more characters than the name of the person who posts this idea.
