ART: - IDEA: Kakerlake NOTES: A "Swap" will randomly pick one of your and your opponents cards and swap them. If the opponent plays a creature, one of your and your opponents creatures is selected and then swapped.  - An immaterial creature can't be selected.  - Swap will still happen, even if one side doesn't have a selected creature. If the opponent plays a permament, the same thing happens as with creatures, but for permaments. A "Biassed swap" does pretty much the same thing, but it will check whether you get the better end of the bargain. If not, the swap is cancelled.  - compares creatures attack.  - if attack is the same, compares cost.  - if it's the same, do swap.  - for permaments: Weapon are always treated as better (weapon vs. weapon: attack is checked). Other permaments are just checked for the cost.

NAME: Fire ward ELEMENT: Fire COST: 4 TYPE: Permament TEXT: : Cast a copy of your opponent's next spell.	NAME: Compact fire ward ELEMENT: Fire COST: 2 TYPE: Permament TEXT: : Cast a copy of your opponent's next spell.

ART: - IDEA: Kakerlake NOTES: This card offers a fire style protection from spells: no protection at all. well, at least your opponent recieves some damage for his impudence! After your opponents spell has resolved, you automatically cast the same spell with your opponent as target (healing targets you). CC and PC spells that can't target a player, will target an according target. (e.g. RT goes on an opposing creature, PA on a friendly permament) Spoiler for Examples: Opponent plays Heal.  - Opponent heals for 20 HP  -> You also heal for 20 HP. Opponent plays Shockwave on your dragon.  - Dragon is shockwaved.  -> Opponent loses 4 HP. Opponent plays Shockwave on you. He has a reflective shield.  - You lose 4 HP  - You lose 4 more HP Opponent plays SS  - Opponent gains +46 max HP  -> You also gain +46 max HP. Opponent plays RT on your creature. He doesn't have any creature.  - Your creature is RT'd  -> Nothing happens additionally. Opponent plays RT on your creature. He has cloak on.  - Your creature is RT'd  -> Nothing happens additionally. Opponent plays PA on your pillar. Another permament from you becomes immaterial as well.  - Your pillar is now immaterial.  -> Another one of your permaments becomes immaterial.

It's a bit problematic if you have to explain the mechanics in the notes [Swap], but I do like the concept of Swap in general. Not quite sure how I feel about biased swap, because when it comes to really specific mechanics I get kind of... biased.

Also, Fire Ward doesn't seem to actually fit its elements.

Yeah, copying spell is most known idea for .
Maybe somehow it can fit fire, but not that nicely as it in aether. :/

Well, the idea wasn't really to copy the spell, I explained it like that due to a lack of words.

The idea is that the fire ward is a protection against spells, kind'a like mirror shield but for the fire element. And what's the best defense for fire? well, offense of course! So instead of protecting against the spell, this ward gives no protection at all but a counter to let the opponent feel the pain of his impudence.

biassed swap doesn't really do anything special. in short: it's made sure that you get either something with more attack or something that costs more. other than that, it's the normal swap.

From what there is writed I understood thats skill of Fire Ward its nothing other than Mirror Shield with cost to activate.
Imo , it should be something like " : Reflects all spells casted by your opponent to himself for 1 turn", but your version is good too. 
But wait wait, as a permanent with cost 6 , arent it  UP compared to Mirror Shield?
I understands thats Fire Ward additionally copies ALL spells (i think shards and heal too), but its still too much. Maybe lover cost for 1 in unupped and upped?

Guess you are right. It seems rather weak compared to reflective shield.
I'll lower the cost to 4 / 2 and the activation cost to 1 / 1.

Maybe make it more obvious that you are immediately casting the copy? It was to my understanding for a while that it added the copy to your hand.
