every turn is a lot, more than you think, because it limits the amount of other creatures you can get.

3 air per turn is NOT a lot...
and when's the last time you had more than 6~8 creatures on the field not including fractal decks?
The Shuriken has 0 HP, so it dies right away.
What use does this card have? If you keep it as your weapon, it does 4 damage. If you fly it, it does 4 damage, dies, and costed 1 air quanta more.
When you fly it, you get another one. So every turn, you can keep flying it and playing another one indefinitely. It's similar to dive, except split into 2 cards.
If you have buff cards like Chaos Power in particular, you can buff the ones that you just flew so the last longer, giving you a good creature generator.
