I would like this card more if there were a lot more shards out.  I think this is one to keep in the pocket for the Future.

I would decrease cost 4 because every shard cost 3, so it would be underpowered against them

By "...switched to any other shard of your choice", does this mean that you actually get to 'choose' which shard out of the available ones (found in-game) to use through a menu or something? Or only the type of shards you have in your deck/hand?

it is switched to any shard in the whole game, not necessary to be in your deck/hand.
