Since black hole is useless with this card in play and is immaterial, so it can not be swallowed. At the first sight u can even think that this card can help u against mono , but vampire pretty much outdamage u and they can heal back every dealt damage. It can help in deck like ghost/nightmare or silence is golden. SERIES:

Now that we have that out of the way, it's just too similar; I get yours doesn't keep the hand safe, nor heal and is instead immaterial, but sanctuary can do the same thing with PA.

sanctuary can be stolen or destroyed (specially by SoF), u need to splash your deck with novas/QP/Earth Pendulum for play PA. Scribe doesn't block opponent's SoB and Nightmare (read the text); also one is time, the other is one light, there are a lot of similar cards but with a different element.

The real problem with this card is that its damage:cost ratio is way too good for an immaterial creature. See Immortal and Phase Dragon and consider that they're balanced (this is Immortal with a strong effect for 2 less cost). This fits into -any- deck because it's fast and counters Discord, which is a huge part of the PvP meta. With SoW it even stallbreaks excellently since most stalls have no way of dealing with spell damage (again see how Wise Immortals is a very viable deck in all environments).

The fact that it's immaterial is also an issue in itself because you're not just getting a Sanctuary; you're getting an Enchanted Sanctuary. 2 cards for 1, and dealing damage is better than healing generally speaking. Extremely few decks ever pack Fire Shield or Thorn Carapace in PvP, and SoW Mirror is not a competitive deck.

It's easily into the broken OP category.

I did note that it did not protect the hand.

Sanc is 4 quanta, 2 supernovas will provide enough quanta for you to do both sanc and a prot artifact.

The point is that this is immaterial, only protects quanta, and is a creature that will damage for 4 hp per turn in one element. Certain aspects are overpowered, certain aspects are underpowered, but the base aspect is the same as Sanctuary.

Probably it can seem overpowered or a powercreep of immortal, but Time element doesn't have a card like Dimensional Shield that can actually support the low fire rate of Immortal for killing your opponent and doesn't have other "rush" card like wyrms or lava destroyers. Adding scribe in deck means that u need to use a time mark, which isn't a great idea since u probably play phase dragon that is one of the card that costs more in Elements. Also u still lose against every stall/mirace, every  + stall; Even with with SoW u can't take down a stall that cast at least 6 SoD plus at least 2 Miracle, poison bypass Dimshields, u actually gain something only against Bonewalls + spells stalls. After this u still lose against any deck with SoG or with a lot of permanent control. 

Every card can seems broken if that card counter a playstyle/deck archetype (think about purify/miracle against a poisondial, or a dimshield against every rush deck not called SoF rush).

No. A small Time splash is a very small commitment for a cheaper Immortal that protects you against one of your biggest weaknesses as Monoaether. You both gain speed and immunity to Discord. Phase Dragons are purely optional in a Wise rush, and almost never required. Again, this is relevant in all metas because again, most decks have no response to immaterial creatures or spell damage.

And again, any rush would pack this. It's fast, doesn't die and protects against a huge meta card. There is no way to defend this card with such a low cost or high attack. This has nothing to do with archetypes or specific metas. It's broken in all metas, and it's blatant.

No. All the two cards have as a similarity is the quanta protection. More cards in EtG have similarity (scorpions? Immortal creatures? Damage Spells?). Expanding an old mechanic into a new element in a novel way is perfectly fine, because mechanics do deserve to be repeated to build up a healthy cardbase.

That said tho, this is a power creep on Immortal. If you want to keep immaterial, at least reduce attack to 3 or even 2. One of the big issues with using sanc as splash is that it severely slows down the deck, and so if your lategame power is not good enough you'll be rushed down. This at 4 attack means you can splash it into any mono and still preserve speed. I would like more quanta protection in game to stop denial, but this is very strong and deserves a nerf.
