If I have a Vampire dagger, it will do 9 damage, and I'm assuming any crusader that targets it will gain the full 9 attack. If I fly my vampire dagger, and play another one, will the flown dagger keep the buffed stat?

Also, for balance, consider that it's basically like blessing, but for weapons. The stacking probably isn't worth the extra HP cost as it currently stands.

Aves, if you had read the notes, you would know that both of those things would not happen. However, I realized that I focused so much on making it balanced with Rend | Lethality, which it is, that I didn't give enough reason to use it on it's own. It now works with Crusader and Flying Weapon, and still makes sense thematically. I also changed the cost back to 3.

Why does the unupped's ability cost less than the upped? Looks very strange.

Because the upped has higher stats.
