Good question.  Both answers have problems.  I'm thinking it'll cause the Psion to get through.

Lots of questions

Are all abilities affecting your stuff blocked or only those affecting the player?
For example, are devour or BE stopped?
Also, does the effect deal with 'on attack only' stuff or are things like chrissoara blocked too?
Do Titan and Discord work, as long as they are not flown?
Is catapult blocked? Is the bonus a flying Farenheit gets blocked?

Only the player.  I toyed with the idea of it protecting your weapon and shield too, but decided that was unnecessary complexity.  The card specifically says "you", though I guess that could be more clear.

They are not.

Chrysoara is stopped too as it affects the player.

Do Titan and Discord work, as long as they are not flown?
If not flown they work, if flown they don't.

Is catapult blocked? Is the bonus a flying Farenheit gets blocked?
Catapult is not as it's a permanent doing the damage.  Flown Fahrenheit is since it's a creature at the time.

At first glance, it seems kind of weak. An extra 4-5% on dusk or fog or mutation isn't really that significant unless the dice are rolled a lot, and with the high cost it's unlikely that it'll have much of an effect versus the work it'll take to squeeze it into the deck. Also, how does it work with something like chaos seed/pandemonium, with multiple positive and negative effects? Does best guess divide them into groups of 'positive' and 'negative' and skew the chances between the two groups as a whole? Individually?

It's a little weak, but I had to balance it against having multiples and getting an impregnable Dusk Shield.  I do think I'll drop the cost by 1 though.
Pandemonium is essentially separate instances of effects, so it would check individually.

Ah, for some reason I assumed it didn't stack, not sure why. With additive stacking, I can definitely see the potential for an OP /:light stall with 100% blocking fog.

As for pandemonium, I mean, would there be a 10% increased chance for each positive effect? How would it differentiate between, say, RT, lobo, and drain life? Would it increase the chance to all of them?

I don't remember enough of how pandemonium works, and would kind of depend on how it's coded.  Basically, you're creatures have a decreased chance of being hurt (including lobo and RT).  I'm thinking it divides the things that can happen into good vs bad, shifts the chance in your favor, and then chooses a random effect from that group.
