Well okay then.

As for the card... Feel it's too weak in comparison to EQ, but then again, what isn't? This card should be much cheaper, so it could hate out decks that are using the mark to splash a few cards in more efficiently, but then you would be concerned about it being in the same element as EQ.

But it does its job very clearly, so I will give praise for that.

The card wouldn't trigger itself since you've already paid the quanta.

(Also, cancelling a cast doesn't count either.)

Does this stack? It looks like swapping 2 or 3 QT for this would always be objectively better (barring PC susceptibility).
