Round 3: Sight of the Deep|Vision of the Deep https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=62272.msg1236844#msg1236844

NOTES:
IF :entropy :life :air or :aether: Must be a Creature.
IF :death :fire :time or :gravity: Must be a Permanent.
IF :earth :water :light or :darkness: Must be a Spell.

TEXT RESTRICTION: The card's ability must not cost an element. (So passive, or free to use, or a spell).
NAME RESTRICTION: The card's name must not include the letters: F, W, R.
COST RESTRICTION: The upgraded card must cost half the amount of quanta of the unupgraded one, rounded up. (If the unupgraded is 3, upgraded must be 2.)

This affects all creatures you own when casting this card.
The growth might be scary with forest spirit, but the extra card probably doesn't make it that strong.

There is 1 'hidden' rule that didn't fit on the card: for each creature, this can only happen once every turn.
Otherwise SoR would likely make this very strong.

TEXT:

it gains +2|+2 for each creature affected.

IDEA:

NOTES:
COST RESTRICTION: The card cannot cost 4, 6, or 8 quanta. 3 | 5 cost
NAME RESTRICTION: Card names must not contain the first or last letter of the element they belong to (So if you make a Water card, their names must not contain W or R). gravity- no 'G' or 'Y' in the name
TEXT RESTRICTION: The card text must have at least 12 words. Element symbols do not count as a word. 18 words

This card targets a creature when it is cast.
It replaces the creatures' active skill.
At the end of every turn, the active skill triggers (just like acceleration).
The creature deals 1 or 2 damage to other creatures surrounding it.
surrounding means up to 6 slots, only on the same side of the field: the 2 diagonal above it, the ones on the left and the right, and the 2 diagonal underneath it.
the damage is dealt similar to dry spell: all creatures are damaged instantly (for vulture purposes). Burrowed and immaterial creatures aren't damaged; SoFr doesn't protect from this.
For each creature succesfully damaged this way, the target creature gets +1|+1 or +2|+2.

What happens when this is played on two adjacent creatures? Their HPs would (in theory) have no net change relative to each other - but as I currently understand the card, both would continue gaining ATK.

I do like the idea, sounds like a very fitting mechanic for Gravity, but slightly concerned about it being broken as stated above.

One would trigger before the other, so if the 2nd has too low HP, it will die.
Otherwise, yes, both would constantly gain attack.
I'm not too concerned about this being too strong. Compare it to 2 forest spirit.
This will require at least 4 creatures, and instantly costs 10 quanta-
The forest spirits continually drain 2 quanta each turn.
It will take at least 5 turns before axis of the machine outvalues forest spirit.
Gravity already has high HP, so with this strategy, acceleration/overdrive is probably better.

Best combo I can think of is with BW/aflatoxin (kill the cells around an axis cell, get more bones, end the turn, replenish the cells. Meanwhile one or two of the cells get huge). It could be used with fractal, but having a card that gives more ramp damage in a fractal deck sounds redundant.
Every time a graboid evolves, an elemental gets his wings.
