NOTES:
The First Nations in Canada often believed in animal spirits, who provided people with guidance, wisdom, and assistance.

Likewise, Orca Spirit helps Water reduce its reliance on "forced duos" for its synergies by allowing alternate costs of payment for abilities -- essentially a mini reusable SoR with some restrictions. Sigil of Guidance can also be used on the opponents' cards as a pseudo-Lobo by changing the ability activation costs to :water quanta.

The effect lasts until the start of your next turn. Applying Sigil of Guidance multiple times on a card while the Sigil is already active will NOT increase the length of the effect (i.e. the Sigil must be reapplied every turn).

The unupped version is more of a utility creature, while the upped version is a medium-large attacker (somewhere in between Crawler and Dragon) since there is less need for the quanta fixing effect in an upped environment. Sigil of Guidance is priced at :water :water because of its potential to be used on opposing creatures and permanents -- if the ability cost is too low, then it's much easier to abuse. Sigil of Guidance also combos well with Steal, as it allows stolen permanents to be activated, even when you don't have the correct quanta for it.

Examples:
Mind Flayer - :aether : Psionic Wave -> :water : Psionic Wave
Golden Hourglass - :time :time : Hasten -> :water :water : Hasten

NOTES:
  • Not stackable (only one Future Sight triggers whenever a card is drawn).
  • If the player has no cards in hand when a card is drawn, Future Sight does NOT trigger.
  • If the player's hand is full before the card is drawn (via Nightmare), Future Sight triggers, but only 1 card is drawn after 1 card in hand is sent to the bottom of the deck.
An alternative to the Hourglass. While it doesn't enhance card drawing power, it still does generate card advantage by allowing the player to cycle through cards. Early on, Future Sight is much more useful, as it can sift late-game cards back into the deck, while putting more early-game cards into the hand.

I love it. This is super awesome considering how many off-element abilities water creatures have.

I like the ability in itself but I am not sure if it is well adapted to the present creature or if the term used are well chosen.

If with a little effort I might be able to see how a "Sigil of guidance" might "guide" other creatures to use another source of quanta for their ability. I still find hard to swallow that it would allow a steam machine to work without fire (in particular when an Orca is the guide), but let say it does. However, I cannot understand how a "Sigil of guidance" might (a) "guide" an inanimate object like an hourglass, a mindgate or a pulveriser (b) "misguide" the creatures/permanents of your opponent.
