second part of the text is confusing
does the target gains +7|+7 for each light emitting creature? or gain the bonus if it is a light emitting creature itself?

if its the former...too OP
but if its latter (which i think is your real intent) use this wording instead :-

OR

Remove all status from target creature. Gain extra +8/+8 if it has Bioluminescence.

Buff the use of Luciferin | Luciferase
and won't be abused by dive creatures as a buff spell

This card flat out makes RoL's exploitable as a damage source, but I disgress. I imagine that this would be fairly strong with a Light Nymph on the field...
